To Ministry Leaders: In order to complete a comprehensive internal 2025 Church Calendar, the Programming Committee is requesting that each ministry meet (via Zoom or in-person) during the month of September and provide events/activities that your ministry is planning to sponsor for 2025. The information will allow the committee to create an all inclusive 2025 calendar. This will help ministries organize their upcoming events early and get them on the church calendar, provide the church administration information of events/activities being planned so that they can be more assistance, and increase overall church participation with service projects/events that may be planned. 

Instructions for completion of Event Submittal Form:  

1. If the ministry does not already have a September 2024 meeting scheduled, please schedule one for all ministry members ASAP to discuss event/activity planning for 2025.
2. The goal is to have as much ministry members participation in planning the activities as possible.
3. Ministry leaders, please complete the online submittal form after having active input from your ministry members during the planning meeting/process.  After completing the form, submit it online by Monday, October 7, 2024.
4. Include a description of the event and the preferred dates/times for each event/activity you list.
