THE CHURCH LIBRARY BOOK DISCUSSION GROUP

Is reading Grounded, a Christian fiction, by Neta Jackson. The book discussion will take place on Tuesday, May 22 at 11:30 a.m. in the church library, located on the third floor. For further details, please contact Lois Leggett at 336-945-5546.

 

ANNUAL PRAYER BREAKFAST 

The United Fellowship Ushers will have their annual Prayer Breakfast on Saturday, April 21st beginning at 9:00am. 

 

ANNUAL UNITED MEN’S RETREAT 

Will be held May 18th - 19th at Camp Caraway. Registration is available online and will cost $100.00. The theme for this event is “A Call to Serve”; Reverend Frank Blue will be the facilitator.

NATIONAL CHILD ABUSE PREVENTION MONTH 

April is National Child Abuse Prevention Month. The Special Needs Ministry is ask-ing the UMMBC congregation to recognize the importance of working together with families to prevent child abuse and neglect and to promote the social and emotional well-being of children and families. Please wear a blue ribbon in support of Child Abuse Prevention !!!
